This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use the Services.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Services includes:
Personal Data:
Account Registration: When you register for an account manually, we collect necessary information such as your name, email address, and password.
Google Login: If you choose to register or log in using your Google account, we receive information from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by your Google account settings and Google's policies.
Payment Information: When you make payments for premium services, you will be directed to our third-party payment processor, PayPal. We do not directly collect or store your full financial information (like credit card numbers). However, we may receive transaction details from PayPal necessary for order fulfillment and record-keeping (e.g., transaction ID, payment status). Please review PayPal's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.
User Content and Interaction Data:
Documents, Chats, and Texts: We store any documents, chat conversations, text files, PDFs, AI training materials, or other user-uploaded content shared through the Services, including those shared with the AI during interaction. This storage is necessary to make content available to you in your account. You can delete any of this content at any time. We do not access or review this content except when strictly necessary for technical maintenance, security purposes, or legal compliance.
Uploaded and Generated Images: Images you upload to use our Services (e.g., for image generation features) and images generated by the AI services at your request are stored on our servers. This storage is necessary to provide the service and allow you to access your content. We implement measures to restrict internal access to this stored image content; our personnel do not access your stored images except as strictly necessary for technical maintenance, security purposes, or legal compliance, and under strict controls.
AI Service Inputs (Text, Audio): For services like AI chat, text-to-speech, or speech-to-text, the inputs you provide (text prompts, audio data, documents, etc.) are necessarily transmitted to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, etc.) for processing. While we store your chat/document history on our servers for your continued access, the specific processing of these inputs by third-party AI providers is subject to their data retention policies. Temporary processing logs might exist on our systems for technical purposes.
Third-Party Processing: Regardless of whether we store the content, please be aware that all inputs (text, audio, uploaded images, documents, etc.) required for AI functionalities are transmitted to the relevant third-party AI service providers (e.g., ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, etc.). These providers process this data according to their own privacy policies, and we do not control their data storage or processing practices.
Usage Data and Technical Information:
Analytics Data: We use third-party services like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to automatically collect information about how you access and use the Services. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages viewed, features used, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This data is typically aggregated and anonymized or pseudonymized.
